Chopper Spins Wildly into Palm Trees at Well-Known Southern California Shoreline
A chopper flying above a well-attended California beach suddenly started spinning wildly, ultimately dropping height and crashing into a line of palm groves as onlookers looked on.
Videos shared on the internet capture the helicopter commencing to spiral over the shoreline then falling towards the border of the shore, where it gets stuck among palm groves and a steps adjacent to the Pacific Coast highway.
First Aid Details
Emergency responders stated five individuals were rushed to the hospital including two individuals who were in the chopper and were “extracted safely from the crash site” subsequent to the accident on Saturday.
Three individuals on the road were harmed. Details on their injuries were not yet released.
What led to the incident was not immediately released.
